What should I do to update my account information?
Sign in to your account to update your account information. Go to my profile after you sign in. Updates to your information, such as your contact details and earning preferences, are available.
Since I do not have access to a computer, I cannot check my account. What should I do?
By visiting the Contact Us section of this website or calling 1-866-996-7937, you can reach Wyndham Rewards Member Services. Creating your member profile, viewing your point balance, and redeeming your points for rewards are all possible with our representatives.
Are promotions eligible for Accelerated Earnings?
While some promotions have different terms, in the vast majority of cases, accelerated earning points will be calculated based on the number of Base Points earned (instead of the number of Base Points + the number of promotional points).
For a Go Fast award, can I earn Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency at a Caesars Rewards property or destination?
Go Fast awards at Participating Caesars Rewards properties and Participating Destinations can generate Wyndham Rewards points for the cash portion, excluding taxes, incidentals, and other applicable fees, however, you will not be able to earn Travel Partner currency.
Is it possible to tell what Member Level I qualify for?
By logging into your account and visiting My Account, you can see your Member Level. Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ app allows you to view your membership level too.
